If there are existing pipelines in the construction section, effective protection measures should be taken according to different pipeline properties and pipeline materials to ensure the safety of pipelines without accidents. At present, pipelines generally include gas, cables, tap water, heat, military cables, facilities, rain and sewage pipelines, among which military cables, gas and cables are the most important. Second, the trench excavation safety measures
1, the excavation needs the on-site guidance of the builder, and always pay attention to construction safety.
2, excavator digging or walking, pay attention to overhead lines, shall not work under overhead power lines; During mechanical operation, construction personnel are not allowed to work within the radius of mechanical rotation, and have a unified security code.
3, workers are not allowed to play in the process of pipe trench construction, it is forbidden to wear slippers, drunken homework, across the pipe trench pedestrian board width is not less than 0.6 meters, workers at the bottom of the pipe trench should abide by the operating rules and wear safety helmets. Workers are not allowed to walk on cross supports.
4, the rainy season construction groove fully consider the problem of rainwater drainage, prevent rain bubble groove, groove top surface measures should be taken to prevent surface rainwater from flowing into the groove. After the machine stops working, it should be parked on a solid ground, and there should be no empty slot for the night.
5. The pile height shall not exceed 2m, and the excavated earthwork shall not be within the boundary of the trench1.5m.. For adverse factors such as bad weather conditions, corresponding measures such as stopping operations should be taken immediately.
Third, the foundation pit safety management
Foundation pit facilities include: common ditch engineering, rainwater culvert construction, sewage engineering, etc.
Observe whether there are cracks, rolling stones, collapses and other phenomena on the foundation pit slope at any time, whether there is deformation on the foundation pit support, and the changes of buildings and structures adjacent to the subgrade slope along the line; If there are major safety hazards, immediately close the dangerous area, evacuate personnel to stop construction, set up safety warning signs, assign special personnel to be on duty, prohibit irrelevant personnel from approaching the dangerous area, and report immediately.
Four, steel processing safety management
1, steel bar straightening should be fixed, and hands should keep a safe distance from flywheel. When the steel bar ends are straightened, shaking and bouncing should be prevented from hurting people.
2, steel cutting hand operation shall not be both hands across the blade on both sides of the knife, shall not exceed the length of steel bar stipulated by the machinery.
3. The bending workbench shall be installed firmly, and the diameter of bending steel bar shall not exceed the allowable value specified by the bending machine. It is forbidden to stand within the radius of rotation of bent steel bars and the side of the fuselage without fixed locks.
4, welding work shall not be carried out in the rain, electric welding machine operators standing on the ground laying isolation surface or wear insulating shoes.
5, flash butt welding should be set on the welder shield, butt welding long steel bracket should be set up.
Five, template engineering safety management
1, the template must be fixed on the solder joints of the bearing steel skeleton.
2, template and its supporting system in the process of safety, must set up temporary fixed facilities to prevent capsizing.
3, dismantle the template should be approved by the construction technical personnel. The operation shall be carried out in sections in sequence, and it is forbidden to pry, smash, pry or pull in a large area. Before completion, there shall be no loose or suspended formwork. Removed templates should be transported to the designated place in time for centralized stacking to prevent nails from pricking feet. The stacking height of formwork shall not exceed 2m.
Six, temporary electricity safety management
Temporary electricity consumption includes: construction electricity, domestic electricity, etc.
Supervisor's responsibilities: comprehensively inspect all kinds of temporary power facilities and distribution lines on the construction site, strictly implement the "three-phase five-wire system" to ensure three-level distribution and two-level protection, and all kinds of distribution facilities are in good condition; The main power supply should be cut off immediately in rainstorm weather, and emergency lighting equipment should be prepared. After the flood, conduct a comprehensive inspection and acceptance of the distribution system, and then send electricity for construction after it meets the safety requirements.
