Especially in the face of the severe power shortage situation last year, all employees worked hard to keep their feet on the ground. The electricity sales of the enterprise reached 3.663 billion kWh, the power supply exceeded 4 billion kWh, and the diversified sales income was 730 million yuan.

The achievement of these achievements proves that our company has a team with strong cohesion, combat effectiveness and creativity, and the construction of enterprise execution has achieved remarkable results.

However, in the current process of management, reform and development of electric power enterprises, the following problems will also be encountered: Why do ambitious and well-prepared work plans always have to be greatly discounted? Why has a task been clearly explained, but the result is an embarrassing situation of shirking each other? The answer is: poor execution! Judging from many years of experience in enterprise management, the black hole of execution is always hidden behind the failure of most plans! At present, our company still has some problems in implementation.

For example, safety in production, although the importance of safety in production has been repeatedly emphasized, unsafe situations still occur from time to time, a small number of employees are not aware of safety, and unsafe personnel responsibilities account for a considerable proportion, and habitual violations have not been eradicated; Another example is quality service, which is the service tenet of our power supply enterprises. Although the management of the normal operation mechanism of quality service has been strengthened again and again, there will still be some incidents that personal service awareness is insufficient, service is not in place, complaints are made and even corporate image is affected.

After this study, combined with personal work practice, I will report my personal understanding of how to improve execution from three aspects: safety production, performance management and quality service.

First, clear thinking and improve leadership. Barney Vic, chairman of ABB Company in the United States, once said: "A manager's success is 5% in strategy and 95% in implementation.

Only leaders who participate in enterprise operations can grasp the overall perspective and make correct decisions.

At present, the main reasons for the weak execution of our company's work are as follows: a few cadres set an example, their style of work is not deep enough, they have more arrangements and less practice, they are unwilling to face contradictions and are not practical enough; Individual departments sometimes show departmentalism in their work, especially in the overlapping parts of their work functions. In this way, the development synergy and execution of the overall work are obviously weakened, and the work can not get the best effect.

The first-class benchmarking system of enterprises has just been established. Leading cadres at all levels, especially company leaders, should take the lead in emancipating their minds, constantly strengthen their awareness of implementation, correct their thinking, raise their awareness, constantly refine and sublimate their implementation ideas, grasp major events and seek the overall situation, and constantly improve their leadership ability of taking the overall situation into consideration.

This year, our company will actively implement the goal of building a "one strong and three excellent" modern power supply enterprise proposed by State Grid Corporation, implement the working idea of "three grasping and one creating", and focus on the following three aspects of execution construction.

First, strengthen safety management to ensure that enterprises meet safety standards.

Safe production is the cornerstone of stable and harmonious development of electric power enterprises. Without safety, no matter how great the work effect is, it is futile.

Therefore, in order to do a good job in the company's safety work in 2005, we will do a good job from the following aspects: first, we will truly understand the harm of the "three highs" phenomenon of safety production in State Grid Corporation, that is, leading cadres are above the top, grass-roots employees sit back and relax, and the safety system is shelved; Second, correctly understand the true meaning of "unity of purpose and care-oriented" advocated by the "eight prohibitions" of superior companies on safety production. Department managers should fully understand the difficulty of safety management in production site and vigorously advocate the consciousness of management department serving the grassroots; The third is to organize team leaders, safety officers and operators to learn and train new safety laws and regulations and strengthen safety education.

The fourth is to set up a safety supervision team.

Supervision system is a good way to improve execution.

In March this year, our company established a two-level safety production supervision mechanism, and the company and all grass-roots units set up safety production supervision teams respectively to conduct all-round safety supervision on production and workplaces such as maintenance and construction work sites of all units, strengthen reward and punishment assessment, and ensure the implementation of safety production.

Second, do a good job in team building and strengthen performance appraisal.
