Off-the-job training:
The personnel department formulates and organizes the implementation of the training plan for new employees, which takes the form of centralized teaching and generally lasts 1 week.
In-service training:
The person in charge of the new employee's department (team) is the instructor of the implementation of the new employee training plan, compares and evaluates the existing skills with the skills required by the post, finds out the gap, formulates the new employee training plan and scheme and is responsible for its implementation, and the personnel department tracks and monitors it. You can take daily work guidance and one-on-one counseling.
The person in charge of the department (team) should fill in the coaching forms such as new employee training plan and evaluation, and report them to the personnel department regularly.
Contents of induction training:
General situation of the enterprise (history, background, business philosophy, vision, mission and values of this bureau); Organization chart; Rules and regulations; Corporate culture; Professional ethics and clean government education; Safety production policy, safety education and safety laws and regulations; Safety regulations and safety instruments; Electric shock first aid; Fire fighting knowledge; Basic knowledge of different positions; Official etiquette, code of conduct, professional ethics.
Training evaluation:
The examination during the training period is divided into two parts: written examination and application examination, and the off-job training is mainly written examination; On-the-job training is mainly based on application assessment, each accounting for 50% of the total assessment results.
Written test questions are provided by teachers and printed by personnel department.
Application assessment assesses the application and achievements of training knowledge or skills of new employees in practical work through skills assessment, post evaluation, interview defense, etc., and is assessed by the leaders of their departments, personnel of relevant departments and personnel departments.
Effect evaluation:
The personnel department and the department where new employees work directly communicate with the trainees and the department training leaders, make a series of written questionnaires, follow up the new employee training plan, gradually reduce the deviation of the new employee training plan and direction, improve the training methods, and make the training more effective and achieve the expected goals.
Workflow of new employee training scheme:
According to the specific situation of new employees, the personnel department determines the training time and formulates specific training plans.
The personnel department is responsible for coordinating the relevant departments to organize and manage the whole training process, including funding application, personnel coordination and organization, venue arrangement, course adjustment and progress promotion, monitoring and ensuring training quality, and evaluating training effect.
The personnel department shall submit the summary and analysis report of this training within one week after the completion of the centralized full-time training for new employees, and submit it to the bureau leaders for review.
After centralized off-the-job training, new employees are assigned to relevant departments to receive on-the-job orientation training (on-the-job training), and the heads of each department are training lecturers. After the training, they fill in the Record Form of On-the-job Training for New Employees and report it to the Personnel Department.
In the process of induction training for new employees, the personnel department should assign special personnel to track, guide and monitor irregularly, and through a series of observation and testing methods, examine the trainees' application of training knowledge and skills and the improvement of their behavior in practical work, so as to evaluate the training effect and adjust the training strategies and methods.
