Safety technical assessment method for special operators:

Paragraph 2 of Article 9 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Safety Production Qualification Examination and Certificate stipulates that the safety production knowledge examination shall be conducted at the test center and computer examination shall be conducted. Practical examination should be conducted in the way of on-site practical operation or simulated operation at the examination points with practical examination conditions.

Basic requirements of safety technical training for special operators:

Article 9 of the Management Regulations on Safety Technology Training and Assessment of Special Operations Personnel stipulates that special operations personnel shall receive theoretical training and practical training on safety technology corresponding to their special operations. Graduates who have obtained vocational high schools, technical schools or technical secondary schools or above are engaged in special operations corresponding to their majors. With the approval of the examination and certification authority, it can be exempted from the training of related majors.

The meaning and qualification of special operators:

Special operations personnel refer to employees who are directly engaged in special operations.

Article 3 of the Management Regulations on Safety Technology Training and Assessment of Special Operators stipulates that special operations refer to operations that are prone to accidents and may cause great harm to the safety and health of operators and others and the safety of equipment and facilities. The scope of special operations shall be specified in the catalogue of special operations.

Article 27 of the Law on Safety in Production stipulates that special operators of production and business units must receive special safety operation training in accordance with relevant state regulations and obtain corresponding qualifications before taking up their posts. The scope of special operations personnel shall be determined by the safety production supervision and management department of the State Council in conjunction with relevant departments of the State Council.
