This summer teacher training has built a good platform for us to learn and improve. Teachers should really be guides for students.

Third, teachers are managers. Teachers should have strong organizational leadership and management coordination ability to make teaching more efficient and promote students' development.

Fourth, teachers are parents. As teachers, we should be caring, and teachers' love for students should be selfless and equal.

Finally, the teacher is the psychological counselor of the students. This summer vacation, our first batch of seed teachers got together again and participated in the advanced seed teacher training organized by the Reading Dream Flying Fund. Although the three-day training time is very short, we are very moved and happy, and more importantly, we have gained new reading teaching concepts and methods.

During the three-day training, I was always moved. I was deeply moved by the rigorous arrangement and careful preparation of the fund team before the training, the unparalleled hard work of the wise, innovative, cooperative and United fund team, and the innovative and unique reading teaching concepts and methods shared by President Liang and the fund teachers without reservation.

I am always happy during the three-day training. Here, we listen, discuss, communicate and show together. We speak freely, compete with each other and promote each other. After three days of training, I learned nutrition and got a promotion. This training is rich in content. For me, what impressed me the most were three aspects. Among them, how to write high-quality lesson plans makes up for the shortcomings of traditional lesson plans, and the teaching objectives in high-quality lesson plans especially mention "application", which promotes the development of students' thinking and their ability to apply what they have learned, and puts it in a more important position; The application of reading strategies in teaching tells us how teachers can play the role of guidance and demonstration in the classroom, so that students can learn to think deeply and actively. The three-day training made me think. As direct educators, have we ever thought: What should I give to students besides knowledge? Can I solve these problems through reading teaching platform? Fortunately, through this training, President Liang pointed out the direction for us and solved many doubts. Next, we should work hard on how to write high-quality teaching plans, how to apply reading strategies to teaching and how to carry out thematic reading.
