Training summary 1

I am very happy to participate in the English training for teachers organized by our college from last semester to this year.

Through training, I have made some progress in English.

At the same time, I met many new colleagues and friends.

I want to thank our college and leaders for giving us this opportunity for further study.

I also want to thank Miss Wang, Miss Zhang and Miss Li for giving me a wonderful lesson.

Our college attaches great importance to English training.

Wang, vice president of the college, gave us a lecture. I hope we will cherish this training and get some gains from it.

Generally speaking, through this English training, I have gained three things.

First of all, I have made some progress in listening, writing, reading and speaking.

After graduating from college, I seldom have the opportunity to learn and use English.

Although I passed CET-6 in my sophomore year, most of them forgot it many years later.

Through this English training, I have recovered some English abilities in listening, writing, reading and speaking, and I feel very good.

The second is that we have met many new colleagues and friends.

I have worked in the school for two years, but I feel embarrassed that I hardly know my colleagues in other departments.

Through this training, different colleagues from different departments study and discuss together.

So we have a good chance to get to know each other.

The last point is that we can improve the teaching level.

We have our own teaching methods among teachers and students.

Some methods are good, maybe some are not.

So in training, we can not only learn English, but also discuss different teaching methods.

We can learn from other teachers' methods from the discussion.

Training summary 2

On Christmas Eve of xx, nine graduate students of China Financial Services Group Co., Ltd. were under the supervision of four regular employees.

Traveling to Dafu Mountain Park has two main purposes: to enjoy the beautiful natural scenery and learn teamwork skills.

These nine graduate students are actually on the fourth day of cfsg. They are about to get their master's degrees from top universities all over the world, and they have passed the Level 3 interview. Finally, they are considered as candidates with two months' opportunities? Overview programme.

The candidate is taken care of by four employees of cfsg, who are trainers of the human resources department.

In an hour? After driving, the motorcade arrived at Dafu Mountain Park in the south of Guangzhou. I am one of the candidates.

Then we rented bicycles and rode them in pairs or alone in the park.

Although it is in winter, the weather is very good, sunny and warm as spring.

The sky is blue, the sun is shining and the breeze is blowing gently.

In 20 minutes? Riding a horse, we arrived at a place by the lake; There are flowers nearby; Red, green and yellow show the beautiful nature.

We have a special barbecue in the park. The female is in charge of the morning position.
