Asus can find tpm but can't open it: many times this function is turned off by default and needs to be turned on manually by the user.

Restart ASUS computer, press esc or f8 to enter bios settings, change BIOS to simplified Chinese, press F7 to enter advanced mode, and then click advanced-PCH-fwconfigurationpttconfiguration option in turn, and change TPMDeviceSelection option to PPT to open TPM.

For different motherboards of Intel chipset, the name of this setting item may be different, but the general location is the same. IntelPlatformTrustTechnology here is disabled by default, which means that tpm function is turned off by default. After we select enabled to turn on the tpm, we will prompt a warning message when we enter the car. We just need to click OK to turn on the tpm function. After booting, we press F 10 to save the BIOS.
