Persons who have obtained the qualification certificate of project manager above the second level of construction and meet the registration requirements may be exempted from the corresponding subjects if they meet one of the following conditions: (1) Those who have intermediate titles or above and have been engaged in construction management for 15 years may be exempted from the examination of construction management subjects. (two) to obtain a first-class project manager qualification certificate, and have intermediate professional and technical titles; Or obtain the first-class project manager qualification certificate, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 15 years, which can be exempted from the two subjects of "Construction Management of Construction Projects" and "Regulations and Related Knowledge of Construction Projects".

Requirements of first-class constructor: those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for first-class constructor.

1, college degree in engineering or engineering economics, working for 6 years, including 4 years in project construction management;

2. Bachelor degree in engineering or engineering economics, working for 4 years, including 3 years of construction management;

3, engineering or engineering economics double bachelor's degree or graduate class, working for 3 years, including construction management for 2 years;

4. Master's degree in engineering or engineering economics, working for 2 years, including construction management 1 year;

5. Doctor degree in engineering or engineering economics, 1 year in construction management.
