Ways to join a trade union
1. If the employer establishes a new trade union organization, the employees shall fill in the application form or membership information collection form under the impetus of the trade union preparatory group and apply for membership voluntarily. The preparatory group will issue membership cards or other certificates to prove its membership.
2. If there is a trade union organization in the unit where the employee works, the employee shall apply to the trade union, and the grass-roots trade union organization shall issue a membership card or other membership certificate after approval.
3. If the employer where the laborer is located has not established a trade union organization or does not have the conditions to establish a trade union organization, the laborer may apply to the trade union service station in the street (township) where the employer is located to join the joint trade union in the street or village.
4. If the employment of employees is not fixed (sporadic employment, freelancing), they can also apply for membership in the street (township) trade union service station where they live, and join the joint trade union in the community or village nearby.
