There is no need for re-appraisal. The qualification certificate is already available, but it needs to be re-registered.

According to Article 2 of the Interim Measures for the Regular Registration of Teachers' Qualifications in Primary and Secondary Schools, the regular registration of teachers' qualifications is a regular inspection of their teaching qualifications after they take up their posts. Primary and secondary school teachers' qualifications are regularly registered in a five-year cycle. Persons who are not registered regularly or who are not registered within the time limit shall not engage in education and teaching.
