First, the homework performance is not ideal.

Second, the classroom efficiency is not high.

In the usual classroom teaching, we often feel uneasy about students. The teacher is afraid that the students will not understand the key points and difficulties in the textbook, and then explain them many times. As a result, the more the teacher talks about the problems that students can't understand, the more confused the students are about the problems. Sometimes, for an open class, I have prepared and tried many times, and I am very busy. Third, there is a lack of reflection on learning.

I browse experts' works, instruct teachers to run learning gardens and course briefings, and have thought-provoking articles written by colleagues, experts and tutors, which are thought-provoking and instructive, and can penetrate what they have between the lines. My academic attitude, writing skills and cultural accomplishment are far from those of experts. Is it easy to train high-quality students?

(1) Raise awareness

Then, as long as we are calm, slow and persistent, and draw nutrition from the national training, we will certainly leave our growth footprint on the road of training and achieve ideal results.

(B) Pay attention to students

Teachers should not only be teachers, but also be engineers of human souls. First of all, I want to be a capitalized person, "learning to be excellent is to be an official." Through continuous study, I will be strict with myself by standards, be an example for students, and sow the seeds of ideals, dreams, thoughts and beliefs in students' hearts through my words and deeds. I was deeply impressed by the natural and contrasting teaching style of excellent teachers in class. Every time I think of the carefully selected questions and vivid explanations given by Taihang teacher in class, people feel like spring breeze. I think these are the results of their efforts, the time spent on teaching practice, teaching research and experience accumulation on weekdays, so that they can reach the realm of teaching at will now. The display of teachers' basic teaching skills, the design of cases and the enjoyment of resources have opened a window for us, which has made my understanding of education and teaching more thorough and laid a solid foundation for future teaching.

"Peer communication", that is, communication between peers, can promote the improvement of education and teaching level. During the study, we not only listened to the lectures of experts, but also the interaction among members became a shortcut to improve our teaching professional level. During the interval of training, I actively tried to communicate with other students. In the process of communication, I learned about the development of the new curriculum in various schools, and noticed how they handled all kinds of puzzles encountered in the new curriculum and how they grasped and handled the new curriculum textbooks. Main achievements: I have worked for ten years, and the main time is to change my homework, communicate with students, attend classes or attend lectures.
