Because I had a particularly hard class two days ago and didn't have a good rest at night, I wore an obsidian rainbow pendant, which combined with the powerful energy in the universe to help me reduce stress and negative information; Lapis lazuli necklace inspired me to put forward good ideas one by one and find out the key points lacking in the course; Pink crystal bracelets let me release pink love energy and let students participate in role-playing. Sandalwood beads bracelets help me to stabilize my mood, and let me deal with every interaction more calmly and rationally when I smell incense, without being disturbed by negative information.
