Subsidies are distributed. Disabled persons who have passed the subsidy qualification examination and approval shall be granted subsidies in the month when they submit their applications. Two subsidies for the disabled are distributed in the form of socialization and deposited in the accounts of the disabled through financial institutions. Under special circumstances, if it is necessary to pay cash directly, special supervision measures shall be formulated to prevent and eliminate the phenomenon of impersonation, repeated collection and deduction.
Persons with disabilities who enjoy the minimum living allowance, with a disability level of one or two visual disabilities, a physical disability and a disability level of one, two or three intellectual and mental disabilities, shall receive a subsidy standard of 400 yuan per person per month; Three or four visual disabilities, physical disabilities, four intellectual disabilities and one, two, three or four hearing and language disabilities, the subsidy standard is 320 yuan per person per month.
Materials required for disabled people to apply for living allowance: 1, household registration book, ID card (children who have not applied for ID card can not provide it). 2. Four two-inch photos with crown color. 3. Low guarantee (limited to low-income family members).
