According to Article 37 of the Regulations on the Administration of Motor Vehicle Driver Training, motor vehicle driver training institutions shall establish student files. Student files mainly include: student registration form, teaching log, training record and copy of graduation certificate. The retention period of student files is not less than 4 years, and the establishment of student electronic files is encouraged.

Motor vehicle driver training institutions shall establish teaching vehicle files. The main contents of teaching vehicle files include: basic information of vehicles, maintenance and inspection, technical grade records, mileage records, accident records, etc. The teaching vehicle file shall be kept until 1 year after the vehicle is scrapped.

1, the motor vehicle driver training institution shall include the basic information of the training institution, the implementation of the syllabus, the issuance of the certificate of completion, the filling of the training records, the results of the quality and credibility assessment of coaches, the training performance, the satisfaction of students, the assessment and bad records.

2. Road transport management institutions at or above the county level shall strengthen the credit management of motor vehicle driver training institutions, motor vehicle driver training institutions responsible persons and coaches, establish a list system of untrustworthy objects, and incorporate the results of quality credit assessment of motor vehicle driver training institutions into credit management. Specific credit management measures shall be formulated separately by the Ministry of Transport.

The provincial road transport management institution shall establish a quality and credibility assessment system for motor vehicle driver training institutions, formulate quantitative assessment standards for motor vehicle driver training supervision and management, and regularly announce the assessment results of motor vehicle driver training institutions to the public.
