Registration conditions: 18 years old or above, anyone who is honest can register for the competition.

Registration methods: online registration, on-site registration, group registration and individual registration.

Examination time: CICE holds spring and autumn examinations every year, from April to1mid-October for three consecutive weekends.

Examination form: the national unified paper-and-pencil examination, each course contains 100 standardized multiple-choice questions, and the time is 90 minutes.

Examination fee: 350 yuan (including training courseware) or 260 yuan (excluding training courseware) for each course.

Examination room setting: As of 20 13, CICE has set up 43 registration centers and 48 examination rooms nationwide, covering provincial capitals, municipalities directly under the Central Government and major cities.
