Article 32 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Disabled Persons

The government and society set up welfare enterprises for the disabled, massage institutions for the blind and other welfare units to arrange employment for the disabled.

Article 37

Public employment service institutions established by relevant government departments shall provide employment services for the disabled free of charge.

The employment service agencies for the disabled organized by the Disabled Persons' Federation shall organize vocational guidance, employment introduction and vocational training free of charge, and provide services and help for the employment of the disabled and the employers to recruit the disabled.
