We practice in learning and reflection, pay attention to the connotation development of kindergartens, take educational research as the guide, actively promote the implementation of new courses, constantly change teachers' educational concepts and enhance teachers' professional ability. Over the past year, we have strengthened the research on "teaching" and "learning" based on the development of children and combined with the reality of kindergartens, improved teachers' ability to protect teaching, strived for progress steadily, improved the quality of kindergarten education and promoted the healthy development of children.
First, strengthen team building and promote teachers' professional growth.
Teachers' professional development is a process, and improving teachers' professional level is a key work of teachers' training in our school.
1. Strengthen theoretical study and update teachers' educational concepts. Using various forms such as brainstorming teacher salon case exchange, the counselor, research leader and research director are responsible for carrying out kindergarten-based training and learning activities in the park at fixed times every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and conducting collective learning and exchange discussions on the hot spots, focus issues and puzzles that everyone is concerned about. This semester, we have carried out many inter-school exchange activities with Xianghua Film Kindergarten. At the same time, let every teacher have the opportunity to go out and create more opportunities for field trips for teachers, broaden their horizons and enrich their practical knowledge.

At the same time, the arrangement of one-day activities in kindergarten was adjusted this semester to ensure the balance of games, life, sports and study, and to make the arrangement of one-day activities for children more scientific and reasonable.
Secondly, in the process of implementing the new curriculum, in line with the principle of "different from person to person", different requirements are put forward for teachers at all levels, teachers above the group leader are decentralized, and new teachers and teachers over the age of 50 are subject to "double regulations" within three years, which not only stipulates the subject content, but also stipulates the teaching progress. 2. Strengthen the effectiveness of teaching and research activities.
Teaching and scientific research activities are a platform for teachers to learn, communicate and interact, with particular emphasis on efficiency and quality.
First of all, the business director is responsible for our teaching and research activities, setting the time, theme and protagonist every week, inspiring teachers' sense of ownership and actively participating in the organization, discussion and exchange of activities. The group leader can make full preparations for each activity, actively focus on the topic of discussion and research, carry out activities in flexible and diverse forms, strive to create a relaxed and pleasant teaching and research atmosphere, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in teaching and research, establish a cooperative teaching and research model, broaden their horizons, promote teachers' active learning, improve themselves, and realize the true meaning of learning in discussion. At the same time, every activity of the teaching and research team leader has a detailed record of the actual situation of the activity, including recording the number of speeches, contents and brief opinions of each teacher, and paying attention to the accumulation of process data.

We share our experiences through a large number of information inquiries based on our own teaching practice. This semester, our park actively carried out educational research in combination with the reality of our park and the hot and difficult issues of current educational reform. We take "painted pottery art education" as the theme. Gradually enrich and refine the subject network and form a reasonable subject research network system. In the implementation of the research, we mainly start from the following two aspects:
First of all, teachers should receive scientific research training, learn scientific research theories, change educational concepts and improve the level of teaching and scientific research. For old teachers, it is mainly to participate in implementation, write cases and exchange experiences. Secondly, strengthen the process management of teachers' scientific research and improve teachers' scientific research ability. In order to take the road of sustainable development of scientific research, every teacher must improve his scientific research ability independently. We adhere to the scientific research guidance form of "focusing on self-exploration and supplemented by expert guidance". Combined with the actual situation of kindergarten, under the guidance of county teaching and research staff, valuable sub-topics have been extracted under our leading topic, such as "the cultivation of hands-on operation ability in small class children's ceramic education". This topic has gradually formed a strong and solid joint force of the research group. This semester, each of our teachers is actively engaged in the practice of small events at the kindergarten level, carrying out research in a down-to-earth manner, paying attention to practical results and data accumulation. With the in-depth development of scientific research and the continuous improvement of teachers' scientific research ability, many young teachers have mastered the methods and steps of engaging in clay research in their study and practice, from initial fear to active investment now, from insufficient start to in-depth research. At the same time, we also strengthen education and scientific research practice. In the process of project implementation, we carefully organize teachers to attend lectures and evaluate classes for research and teaching.
Third, do a good job in training teachers to serve parents.
Family cooperative education has become the key to the success of education. The concept of comprehensive and open curriculum not only guides the education and teaching reform in kindergartens, but also puts forward new topics for today's family education guidance. At the same time, teachers' awareness and ability to serve parents need to be further cultivated.
1. First of all, teachers should establish a sense of serving parents, think about what parents think and worry about what parents are anxious about, let parents entrust their children to teachers, and ask teachers to start from small things and care for and educate their children from their life and study.
2. Play a good role as a link between teachers and parents. Train teachers how to communicate and cooperate with parents and pay attention to the effectiveness of family cooperation. This semester, in addition to parents' open activities, parent-teacher conferences and other forms of collective communication, we also actively explore targeted forms of communication. Through this small "window of home", parents can learn about the scientific concept of protection education, advanced teaching information, recent main work of kindergartens and classes, educational reform ideas and class theme activities. 3, "0-3" early education and training
Because only a few kindergarten teachers have participated in the systematic training of early teachers in "03", many teachers have been engaged in the education of "3 ~ 6" children for a long time, and they don't know enough about the age characteristics of "0 ~ 3" children. There are many shortcomings in the form of activity guidance and the formulation of early education programs. Therefore, in view of the current situation of early education activities in kindergartens, kindergartens adopt school-based training this semester, and all teachers use the business training time every Monday afternoon.
