The progress of the times and the trend of social change constantly put forward new topics for the reform and development of preschool education in China. We practice in learning and reflection, pay attention to the connotation development of kindergartens, take educational research as the guide, actively promote the implementation of new courses, constantly change teachers' educational concepts and enhance teachers' professional ability. Over the past year, we have strengthened the research on "teaching" and "learning" based on the development of children and combined with the reality of kindergartens, improved teachers' ability to protect teaching, strived for progress steadily, improved the quality of kindergarten education and promoted the healthy development of children.

First, strengthen team building and promote teachers' professional growth.

Teachers' professional development is a process, and improving teachers' professional level is a key work of teachers' training in our school.

1. Strengthen theoretical study and update teachers' educational concepts. Using various forms such as brainstorming teacher salon case exchange, the counselor, research leader and research director are responsible for carrying out kindergarten-based training and learning activities in the park at fixed times every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and conducting collective learning and exchange discussions on the hot spots, focus issues and puzzles that everyone is concerned about. Encourage teachers to be masters of business learning, integrate theory with practice, and collide ideas on a problem to stimulate teachers' thinking and exploration. Gradually let teachers establish a correct educational concept, clear the direction, change their concepts and make bold innovations. Effectively improve teachers' ideological understanding and educational ability.

2. Strengthen teachers' professional ethics training and improve teachers' professional ethics level. By organizing teachers' political learning activities regularly and effectively, carrying out various theme education activities, increasing publicity, standardizing teachers' behavior, guiding teachers to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and comprehensively improving teachers' moral cultivation and moral cultivation ability. Improve the pertinence and effectiveness of teachers' morality education and implement the one-vote veto system of teachers' morality. Through political study, teacher's ethics training, keynote speeches and other activities, we will further improve the standard of teachers' ethics, strengthen teachers' sense of responsibility and mission, and push the level of teachers' ethics to a new level.

3. Conduct counseling activities. Seize the opportunity and carry out multi-channel external training. This semester, we have carried out many inter-school exchange activities with Xianghua Film Kindergarten. There are not only discussions on the evaluation activities of young teachers, but also twinning agreements between backbone teachers and new teachers. At the same time, let every teacher have the opportunity to go out and create more opportunities for field trips for teachers, broaden their horizons and enrich their practical knowledge.

4. Carry out hierarchical and multi-channel teaching and training in the park, and carry out hierarchical and classified teaching and training, so that teachers at all levels can learn with direction and goals. In particular, we should strengthen the guidance and training of new teachers, encourage young teachers to conduct self-study and self-training, constantly enrich themselves and guide practice with the new curriculum theory, and cultivate their enthusiasm and initiative in their work. Young teachers carry out teaching activities in film-level and county-level teaching and research activities, which are well received by peers and leaders. At the same time, we should continue to cultivate key teachers, give them courage, build a stage, promote their growth and give full play to their leading and radiating role.

5. Strengthen process management. Take the "Six Ones" activities as the starting point of daily work, and carefully organize mutual observation and exchange activities of collective teaching activities; Teachers teach toys by themselves; Take notes in class, prepare lessons and other activities to compare notes, and strive to improve the professional quality of teachers through colorful exchange activities. In terms of management, the park leaders regularly and irregularly inspect the education and protection work, pay attention to the on-site records of the usual inspections, and pay attention to collecting information and accumulating data. The results of the inspection were made public to me, and the outstanding deeds were affirmed and publicized in time.

Second, strengthen the research on the implementation of the new curriculum and improve the quality of kindergarten teaching activities.

First of all, under the guidance of the outline and guide, combined with the reality of our park, we skillfully and effectively integrated the painted pottery art education activities related to our research topic into the new curriculum, replacing and integrating the content of our research topic and the theme of the new textbook. At the same time, the arrangement of one-day activities in kindergarten was adjusted this semester to ensure the balance of games, life, sports and study, and to make the arrangement of one-day activities for children more scientific and reasonable.

Secondly, in the process of implementing the new curriculum, in line with the principle of "different from person to person", different requirements are put forward for teachers at all levels, teachers above the group leader are decentralized, and new teachers and teachers over the age of 50 are subject to "double regulations" within three years, which not only stipulates the subject content, but also stipulates the teaching progress. Improve the teacher's evaluation system, improve the ability of teachers to design and evaluate activities, and at the same time give timely guidance to intern teachers so that they can successfully complete the teaching practice tasks.

There is also deepening the characteristic teaching in kindergartens. "Painted pottery art education" is a county-level key topic established in our park last semester. In order to better carry out the project practice activities, we have established a series of activities carried out this semester with the scientific research group as the core, teachers participating in the activities and teaching distinctive content every month. Special attention should be paid to the implementation of teachers' new curriculum ideas and behaviors in teaching practice, such as paying attention to children's experience and kindergarten-based teaching materials.

2. Strengthen the effectiveness of teaching and research activities.

Teaching and scientific research activities are a platform for teachers to learn, communicate and interact, with particular emphasis on efficiency and quality.

First of all, the business director is responsible for our teaching and research activities, setting the time, theme and protagonist every week, inspiring teachers' sense of ownership and actively participating in the organization, discussion and exchange of activities. The group leader can make full preparations for each activity, actively focus on the topic of discussion and research, carry out activities in flexible and diverse forms, strive to create a relaxed and pleasant teaching and research atmosphere, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in teaching and research, establish a cooperative teaching and research model, broaden their horizons, promote teachers' active learning, improve themselves, and realize the true meaning of learning in discussion. At the same time, every activity of the teaching and research team leader has a detailed record of the actual situation of the activity, including recording the number of speeches, contents and brief opinions of each teacher, and paying attention to the accumulation of process data.

Secondly, in terms of content, according to the needs of children's development, we should establish a sense of purpose, choose appropriate topics for discussion and carry out educational and scientific research activities. This semester, our teaching and research group focuses on centralized teaching and research, focusing on thematic discussions and changing teachers' educational concepts. Mainly around the theme of "creating a rich language environment for children", "ensuring the effectiveness of teaching", "how to better organize language activities", "how to establish a good teacher-student relationship" and "how to help new teachers grow up quickly" and a series of special seminars. We share our experiences through a large number of information inquiries based on our own teaching practice. Let our teachers practice and think while learning, and have some new insights into teaching. This semester, I also organized many times to observe the exchange activities between teachers. Through observation, evaluation and reflection, I found the problems in teaching and improved the teaching practice level of teachers.

3. Adhere to scientific research as the guide, scientifically implement teaching guarantee research, and improve teachers' scientific research ability.

This semester, our park actively carried out educational research in combination with the reality of our park and the hot and difficult issues of current educational reform. We take "painted pottery art education" as the theme. Gradually enrich and refine the subject network and form a reasonable subject research network system. In the implementation of the research, we mainly start from the following two aspects:

First of all, teachers should receive scientific research training, learn scientific research theories, change educational concepts and improve the level of teaching and scientific research. The director of scientific research is responsible for guiding teachers in scientific research theory, research content and research methods in combination with the actual situation in our park. At the same time, teachers have the opportunity to observe the scientific research achievements of sister kindergartens (such as experimental kindergartens), learn from their good scientific research experience, then reflect on their own research, constantly adjust and gradually improve their scientific research ability. In the overall implementation of the project, different requirements are put forward for teachers of different ages. For old teachers, it is mainly to participate in implementation, write cases and exchange experiences. For young teachers, everyone should have their own research projects, formulate detailed research implementation plans, establish a series of activities and implement them step by step. Let every teacher learn, try, think and summarize in practice, so as to further improve the ability of teachers to engage in educational research.

Secondly, strengthen the process management of teachers' scientific research and improve teachers' scientific research ability. In order to take the road of sustainable development of scientific research, every teacher must improve his scientific research ability independently. We adhere to the scientific research guidance form of "focusing on self-exploration and supplemented by expert guidance". Combined with the actual situation of kindergarten, under the guidance of county teaching and research staff, valuable sub-topics have been extracted under our leading topic, such as "the cultivation of hands-on operation ability in small class children's ceramic education". This topic has gradually formed a strong and solid joint force of the research group. This semester, each of our teachers is actively engaged in the practice of small events at the kindergarten level, carrying out research in a down-to-earth manner, paying attention to practical results and data accumulation. With the in-depth development of scientific research and the continuous improvement of teachers' scientific research ability, many young teachers have mastered the methods and steps of engaging in clay research in their study and practice, from initial fear to active investment now, from insufficient start to in-depth research. At the same time, we also strengthen education and scientific research practice. In the process of project implementation, we carefully organize teachers to attend lectures and evaluate classes for research and teaching.

Third, do a good job in training teachers to serve parents.

Family cooperative education has become the key to the success of education. The concept of comprehensive and open curriculum not only guides the education and teaching reform in kindergartens, but also puts forward new topics for today's family education guidance. At the same time, teachers' awareness and ability to serve parents need to be further cultivated.

1. First of all, teachers should establish a sense of serving parents, think about what parents think and worry about what parents are anxious about, let parents entrust their children to teachers, and ask teachers to start from small things and care for and educate their children from their life and study.

2. Play a good role as a link between teachers and parents. Train teachers how to communicate and cooperate with parents and pay attention to the effectiveness of family cooperation. This semester, in addition to parents' open activities, parent-teacher conferences and other forms of collective communication, we also actively explore targeted forms of communication. Through this small "window of home", parents can learn about the scientific concept of protection education, advanced teaching information, recent main work of kindergartens and classes, educational reform ideas and class theme activities. The online business of each class is fully open to parents, and the children's activities are also announced to the society and parents in time through the website. The class also set up a forum to facilitate communication with some families with computers.

3, "0-3" early education and training

Because only a few kindergarten teachers have participated in the systematic training of early teachers in "03", many teachers have been engaged in the education of "3 ~ 6" children for a long time, and they don't know enough about the age characteristics of "0 ~ 3" children. There are many shortcomings in the form of activity guidance and the formulation of early education programs. Therefore, in view of the current situation of early education activities in kindergartens, kindergartens adopt school-based training this semester, and all teachers use the business training time every Monday afternoon. Mr. Ni Jiehua, the instructor of Grade 03, will study the age characteristics of children aged 0-3 and the guiding strategies of game activities. Let all teachers involved in early education have a systematic understanding of the task, purpose and significance of early education, as well as the age characteristics and game guidance methods of "03" children, and improve their guidance ability through learning, so that parents and children aged "0~3" in towns and villages can receive high-quality early education services. Our activities have been welcomed and supported by parents in the community, and also expanded the influence of early education in the community.

As a teacher in a rural kindergarten, the opportunity to go out to study is very limited. For this reason, school-based training is the most direct and effective way of training and learning. Everyone has made gratifying progress under their own efforts, and at the same time, they are clearly aware of their own shortcomings. I think we are confident to redouble our efforts in the new semester and continue to carry out school-based training activities with the guiding ideology of "school-oriented, people-oriented", so that every teacher in our school will mature and the teaching quality of our school will go to a higher level.
