If possible, it is suggested to find a training class to learn, which is more systematic than learning in the factory.

Although the software is all in English, there are actually not many commonly used commands. As long as you are willing to work hard, you can remember them completely.

As far as I know, the English level of most CAM practitioners is average or poor, so you don't have to worry too much.

Nothing is difficult in the world, as long as you put your heart into it, as long as you want to learn and make unremitting efforts for it, I believe you can learn.
