You can determine whether this enterprise is suspected of pyramid selling according to the three criteria for pyramid selling in the MLM Prohibition Regulations. If their behavior conforms to the provisions of this Ordinance, they can go to official website of the Ministry of Commerce to inquire whether the enterprise has been approved by the Ministry of Commerce and obtained a direct sales license. If not, then it can be determined that this is pyramid selling and it is illegal.
