How to make pumpkin pie?
Pumpkin has been planted in China for thousands of years and is very common in all parts of the country. Pumpkin is rich in nutrition, and the whole plant is valuable. The seeds contain amino acids in pumpkin seeds, and have the effects of clearing away heat, removing dampness, expelling worms, controlling and killing Schistosoma japonicum, clearing vines, preventing miscarriage and radically curing toothache.

Pumpkin pie

1. A pumpkin, peeled, diced and seeded. The pulp inside the pumpkin should be cleaned and cut into small pieces.

2. Boil the water in the pot and put it on the grate. After the water is boiled, put the pumpkin into the pot and steam for about 15 minutes on medium fire. The pumpkin is basically cooked.

7. Next, let's fry. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan. When the oil is heated to 50%, put the pumpkin pie into the oil pan and fry it. Keep the fire low during this process, turn off the fire when the oil temperature is high, and shake the pan to make the pumpkin pie evenly heated to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan.

8. This process will last for 4 to 5 minutes, and the oil temperature must not be too high, so as to avoid the external coke and tender inside. When the pumpkin pie is fried to golden brown, it will float on the oil surface and can be taken out to control the oil.

Tip:

1. You can't add too much sugar to pumpkin puree. Sugar will melt when heated, which will easily cause the pumpkin pie to be shapeless and uneven in color.

2. When frying pumpkin pie, the oil temperature should not be too high. If the oil temperature is too high, the pumpkin pie will be burnt outside and still raw inside.

You must not use flour when making pumpkin pie, but pumpkin pie made of glutinous rice flour will be sweet and soft.
