20xx was a particularly beneficial year in my life. After years of study, I left the campus, entered the society and got my first formal job. I am very honored to have the opportunity to work in 47 institutes. As a graduate student majoring in microelectronics and solid-state electronics, working in 47 schools has always been my goal. The following is my summary of my work in the past six months:

I. Pre-job training

On campus, most of the knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing comes from books and teachers; After working in No.47 factory, a complete semiconductor production line appeared in front of me, and I entered the chip processing center, which gave me the opportunity to contact semiconductor production and effectively link theory with practice.

In mid-July, I entered the hospital and reported to 47 caring schools to bring staff quarters to non-local people. I was very warm in the field. After the report, our hospital conducted systematic professional post training and career planning training for new employees this year, which made me get rid of my youth when I first left campus and quickly enter the new protagonist of scientific research workers.

After a week of training, our hospital also arranged a week-long military training for new employees. In the Artillery Academy, 2 1 new employees * * * worked hard, United and cooperated, and * * * overcame one difficult task after another, making our small group of new employees from different departments more and more cohesive and tacit.

This tacit understanding and cohesion have laid a solid foundation for coordination and cooperation in our future work. Although military training is very bitter and tiring, it makes us grow up quickly and has far-reaching benefits for us.

After the military training, our hospital arranges new employees to practice in rotation, and each new employee takes turns to practice in other non-local departments. This arrangement is very useful. Rotation not only limited our vision to our own work scope, but also combined with the training in our institute, which gave me a detailed understanding of the complete semiconductor production process.

Second, the corrosion process work

After three weeks of rotation internship, I returned to my own department-chip processing center. The work of the chip processing center is the most important thing in semiconductor production, where we transform the design of virtual circuits or devices into actual silicon wafers, which can be described as from scratch.

When I came to the big family of chip processing center, I deeply realized the eager concern of department leaders and post predecessors. I was assigned to the corrosion process and studied the production of corrosion process with Master Ma Hongjiang.

The etching process is closely related to the photolithography process. In semiconductor production, the photoresist layer is used to reflect the mask pattern. In our etching process, the design pattern is actually reflected on the silicon wafer. The remaining dielectric layer and metal layer are removed by dry or wet etching operation, and the conversion from virtual graphics to real graphics is truly realized.

In the production practice of these months, I am familiar with and mastered various etching methods, including: dry and wet photoresist removal, BOE removal of SiO2 layer, wet aluminum layer removal, LAM-490 dry polycrystalline etching, AME83 10 dry etching of dielectric layer, AME8330 dry etching of aluminum layer and preparation and use of various etching solutions.

At this moment, I have initially possessed the potential to complete various corrosion operations independently. Apart from my humble efforts, without the humble guidance of my predecessors in this process, I could not have achieved what I have achieved at this moment. Here, I would like to express my gratitude to the predecessors in the process of corrosion.

Three. 20xx year outlook

In the coming 20xx year, as a newcomer, I will continue to work diligently and practically in the chip processing center, further combine the microelectronics professional knowledge I have learned on campus with the production practice, forge ahead, innovate hard, and realize the growth of myself and the department.

The "summary" and "summary" of work summary are actually two steps: work summary and result display. These two steps are indispensable. If any step is not done well, there is no way to output a beautiful work summary.

Job summary is to sort out your past work in general, so as to have a clear structure and a clear focus on your work, because if you don't even know this, your boss will be less likely to have a more accurate evaluation of you.

The result presentation is the conclusion first, but the conclusion alone is not enough to fully reflect the individual's work ability. You need to know how to present how you created these values more comprehensively.
