This year, I had the honor to participate in the distance training of rural primary and secondary school teachers in China, which gave me a rare learning opportunity. As a middle-aged teacher, I know that I am naive and immature in teaching, and there are still too many problems in the teaching process, but after this period of study, I believe I have gained something.
