As an enterprise, how to choose training methods?
1, on-the-job training. On-the-job training is the longest and most common training method. There are two kinds of most common on-the-job training: job rotation and probation. The former is to arrange an employee to a new job and adjust his work horizontally, with the purpose of letting employees learn various job skills, while the latter is a training method for new employees to learn from older and experienced employees. The biggest advantage of on-the-job training is economy, and the working environment for students to study is the same as the actual working environment in the future. The disadvantage is that the instructor should put aside his normal work.

2. Work guidance training. The formulation of work guidance training plan begins with work breakdown, that is, listing how to work step by step. In addition to the work breakdown, the main points of each step are also described. The key is to provide suggestions to help employees perform their tasks effectively and safely. When using the work guidance training method, the trainer first explains and demonstrates the task, and then lets the trainee further perform the task and give corrective feedback when necessary. This kind of training is very effective for instructing trainees how to perform relatively simple tasks and complete these tasks step by step.

3. Teaching methods. The teaching method is course learning, which is most suitable for training aimed at simply acquiring knowledge. Its advantage is high efficiency, and a trainer can train many employees at the same time. Its disadvantage is a passive training method.
