The validity period of the Labor Dispatch License is 3 years. The licensee shall submit the report on labor dispatch in the previous year to the district (county) Human Resources and Social Security Bureau from March 1 day to March 3 1 day for administrative license, and the labor dispatch license examination and approval authority shall verify the annual report submitted by the labor dispatch unit.
Then supervise the labor dispatch unit according to law, and record the verification results and supervision in the enterprise credit record.
