1. Continuing education of transportation qualification certificate refers to constantly improving the professional skills and professional ethics of road transport drivers and updating their knowledge and skills through various forms of education;

2. It is the obligation of road transport drivers to receive continuing education with transport qualification certificate. Road transport drivers should receive corresponding continuing education in accordance with the regulations. Passenger transport and freight transport are once every two years, with 24 hours each time, and taxis are once every three years, with 54 hours each time;

3. The continuing education and training of transportation qualification certificate is for the transportation department to continuously improve the professional quality of road transport drivers and promote the scientific, institutionalized and standardized continuing education of road transport drivers;

4. According to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Road Transport and the Measures for Continuing Education of Road Transport Drivers, the duration of continuing education for road transport drivers is 2 years. The cumulative time for road transport drivers to receive continuing education with transport qualification certificate in each cycle should be no less than 24 hours.
