"Special post teachers" is a special policy implemented by the central government for rural compulsory education in the central and western regions. "Special post doctor" is a special post set up by county-level public medical institutions to solve the shortage of general practitioners and practicing doctors at the grass-roots level (township). The employed general practitioners are stationed in township hospitals for a service period of 4 years.
