Guangdong Personnel Examination Bureau was formally established in May 2008 on the basis of the former provincial talent evaluation center and the provincial professional and technical personnel qualification examination center, and it is a public welfare institution at the level.

Guangdong Provincial Personnel Examination Bureau

(a) the province's civil service recruitment examination, the province's national unified professional and technical qualification examination, professional title foreign language examination, institution recruitment examination, resettlement examination for demobilized cadres, and various examinations related to personnel work and evaluation work;

(two) to undertake the public election (promotion) of leading cadres, competition for posts and the assessment and evaluation of all kinds of talents by organs, enterprises and institutions;

(three) to undertake the relevant training of continuing education for professional and technical personnel;

(four) to carry out research on personnel examination technology and organize professional training on talent quality and talent evaluation technology;

(five) responsible for guiding, coordinating, supervising, inspecting and evaluating the personnel examination;

(six) responsible for the professional training and construction of personnel examination staff in the province.
