Qualifications of training institutions:

Condition 1: Social organizations or individuals other than state institutions, with non-state financial funds, have the necessary funds for running schools and a stable source of funds, enroll students from the society within their respective administrative areas, and organize and implement primary schools, junior high schools and non-academic education and training schools.

Condition 2: The social organization applying for holding a training institution shall have the qualification of a legal person, and the enterprises and institutions are in good operating condition; Individuals who apply to run private schools should have political rights and full capacity for civil conduct, have legal personality and be able to bear legal responsibilities independently, and have no experience of running schools in violation of regulations.

Condition 3: Training institutions must meet the conditions and requirements for running schools put forward by the administrative department of education and have a reasonable layout.

Training institutions qualification process:

Process 1: the applicant unit or individual submits the application for running a school and the required materials, certificates and certificates to the comprehensive education department of the Education Bureau, and issues a bank account opening certificate to the applicant unit or individual;
