4. Opinions on Strengthening the Training of Migrant Workers in Work Safety (No.228 [2006] of the General Administration of Work Safety) stipulates that all enterprises and training institutions should conduct strict examinations on migrant workers who participate in the training, and issue certificates of safety production training to those who pass the examination.

5. The Guiding Opinions of the State Council Safety Committee Office on Implementing the Spirit of the State Council Notice to Strengthen the Safety Training of Enterprise Team Leaders (No.27 of the Safety Committee Office [2065438+00]) requires that all enterprises should formulate an implementation plan for the safety training of team leaders, and generally train team leaders before the end of 201,and ensure that they are trained in rotation once a year.

The Notice of the State Administration of Work Safety on Printing and Distributing the Accreditation Standards for First-and Second-level Safety Training Institutions (for Trial Implementation) (No.226 [2007] of the State Administration of Work Safety) stipulates that safety training institutions at all levels should strictly observe the training fees, resolutely implement the "two lines of revenue and expenditure" and may not set up any form of "small coffers".
