What knowledge and skills should IC version design engineers master?

1. major in electronics, college degree or above, under 35 years old;

2. Familiar with solaris or linux operating system platform;

3. Have certain circuit knowledge and be familiar with cmos process flow;

4. Completed the layout design of at least one project independently, and skillfully used integrated circuit design eda tools such as cadencevirtuso;

5. Good conduct, careful work and strong team spirit.
