If you have strong technical ability, or you learn new technology quickly, if you have compiled tens of thousands of lines of code so far and are proficient in C language, you can go to Huawei. Huawei has a high standard of treatment in the industry, and its enterprises are also very promising. Cisco listed it as the number one competitor in this century. However, Huawei's future is spelled out by employees. If you don't want to work hard, if you don't want to suffer, then you won't go, and it's for nothing.
Compared with Huawei, ZTE has less pressure and less treatment. ZTE is Huawei's main competitor in China, so their requirements and treatment for employees are basically the same.
Huaxin has a lot of outsourcing business to Japan. Neusoft once coveted its Japanese business and tried to buy Huaxin but failed. If you have a certain Japanese ability, you can try it. But, after all, it is outsourcing. If you are pursuing technology and academics, you should think carefully. If your technical level is average, you can go to the outsourcing business departments of Huaxin and Neusoft to experience it first, and gain long skills, at least the threshold is relatively low.
Neusoft is special. I am Neusoft myself. Neusoft has many departments and involves many professional fields, unlike Huawei. Neusoft's strengths are network security, digital medical care (leading CT technology in the world), industrial solutions (telecommunications, social security, energy and ERP-like systems), embedded (vehicle electronic systems and the like) and outsourcing (the largest outsourcing enterprise in China, and its main technology is also embedded).
The question is which direction you want to develop. Network? Embedded? Desktop system? Even online games. You didn't graduate anyway. I suggest you choose the direction you are interested in and go all the way to the end. Don't dabble alone. People's energy is limited, but the technology is still excellent.
In addition, don't consider the cost. No matter how expensive the training is, at most, your salary next month may not be enough. In the long run, it will hardly matter. Don't give up the training you want to attend for the difference of several hundred dollars.
