Operators of special equipment shall comply with the following provisions:

(a) carry documents with you at work, and consciously accept the supervision and inspection of the employer's safety management and quality and technical supervision departments;

(two) actively participate in special equipment safety education and safety technical training;

(three) strictly implement the operating rules of special equipment and related safety rules and regulations;

(4) Refusing to direct in violation of regulations;

(five) found hidden dangers or unsafe factors should immediately report to the site management personnel and the relevant person in charge of the unit;

(6) Other relevant provisions.
