The qualification certificate only proves that you have such a level. Moreover, at present, the real gold content is human resource managers, engineers, accountants and tax agents recognized by the state, but they all have to be above the intermediate level. These countries have incentives.

On May 16, 2005, the General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (formerly the Ministry of Labor and Social Security) issued the "Reply on the Validity of CETTIC Vocational Training Certificate", which made it clear that CETTIC Vocational Training Certificate was carried out in the fields of teacher training, entrepreneurship training, job training, migrant workers training, special ability training, new occupations, new knowledge, new technologies and new skills, and took this certificate as the training object.
