Jiangnan University, located in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, is a university directly under the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC), a national "world-class discipline construction university", a national "2 1 1 project" and a national "985 engineering advantage discipline innovation platform" key construction university. Selected into the national "11/plan", outstanding agricultural and forestry personnel education and training plan, outstanding engineer education and training plan, national advanced university graduate program, national college students' innovation experiment plan, national college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan, and national new engineering research and practice project.

Nanjing Art Institute, referred to as "Nanyi", is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. It was established by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Jiangsu Provincial Government. It is the only comprehensive art college in Jiangsu Province and the earliest independent art college in China. It has been selected into national professional construction universities, Jiangsu University Cultural and Creative Collaborative Innovation Center, and the first batch of new key high-end think tanks in Jiangsu Province.
