Electrician's operation certificate, also known as electrician's post certificate, is a certificate that special operators must hold in the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment, and is a certificate registered by the national safety production training. Electrician's operation certificate can be divided into high voltage and low voltage. The operating voltage above 1000 volts is high voltage, and the operating voltage below 1000 volts is low voltage.

2. What is an electrician certificate?

Electrician's certificate is a certificate obtained by studying installation electrician and maintenance electrician.

Electricians have four certificates: special operation certificate, electrician network operation certificate, professional qualification certificate and construction special operation certificate. The requirements of the four certificates are different. General units require electricians to work with certificates, that is, electrician operators are required to have one of electrician's special operation certificate, national vocational qualification certificate and electrician's network access operation certificate. The difference between the three certificates is that:

(1), electrician special operation certificate

It is one of the important contents of the safety supervision department's inspection of the unit's safety production, and it is an important basis for investigating the responsibility of the unit and operators for safety accidents. All units and individuals engaged in low-voltage electrical operation, installation and maintenance. , must obtain the electrician's special operation certificate before mount guard.

The state stipulates that the operators of special operations must hold relevant certificates, and the electrician's special operation certificate is equivalent to the post certificate, which mainly proves that the holder has the knowledge and ability of electrician's safe operation. The electrician special operation certificate is issued by the State Administration of Work Safety, valid for 3 years, and must be reviewed after expiration.

(2), electrician professional qualification certificate

The certificate indicating the electrician's professional grade qualification is the certificate of the electrician's knowledge and skill level, the qualification certificate of the holder's application, job hunting, employment and business opening, and the important basis for the employer to reflect its ability and salary grading in the process of recruitment, employment and job transfer.

It can't replace the electrician's special operation certificate, but it can be used as an electrician's qualification certificate. The national vocational qualification grades are divided into five grades: primary, intermediate, advanced, technician and senior technician. The vocational qualification certificate is universal throughout the country and does not need annual examination. According to the national occupational classification ceremony, the types of electrician include maintenance electrician, transformer equipment installer and relay protection worker.

The professional skill appraisal institution of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security conducts objective, fair, scientific and standardized evaluation and appraisal of the skill level or professional qualification of electricians, and issues corresponding national professional qualification certificates to those who pass the examination. It's not a compulsory certificate, but a skill certificate, just like a chef's certificate.

(3), electrician into the network operation license

Certificate of electrical installation, testing, maintenance and operation of user's power receiving device or transmission device. Electricians working in the network shall engage in the network operation within the operation scope determined by the electrician's network operation license.

Electrician's network work permit is divided into three categories: low voltage, high voltage and special type, which is issued by the National Energy Administration (SERC) and is valid for 3 years, and must be reviewed after expiration.

It is a valid certificate indicating that the electrician has the qualification to work in the network. Electricians who enter the network shall obtain the electrician operation license in accordance with the regulations. Those who have not obtained the electrician's license or the license is not registered shall not enter the network for operation.

Four, the construction of special operations qualification certificate

Construction special operations personnel refer to those who engage in operations that may cause great harm to themselves, others and the safety of surrounding equipment and facilities in housing construction and municipal engineering construction activities.

Construction special operations personnel must pass the examination by the competent department of construction and obtain the operation qualification certificate of construction special operations personnel before they can take up their posts and engage in corresponding operations.

Note: These four certificates must be implemented and operated in accordance with national laws and regulations, and these three certificates are common throughout the country, and any private institution has no right to issue relevant certificates.

According to Article 94 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Work Safety:

If the special operators of production and business units fail to receive special safety operation training and obtain corresponding qualifications in accordance with the regulations, they shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit and may be fined up to 50,000 yuan;

If it fails to make corrections within the time limit, it shall be ordered to suspend business for rectification, and a fine of more than 50,000 yuan 1 0,000 yuan shall be imposed, and the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel shall also be fined more than10,000 yuan but less than 20,000 yuan.

According to Article 114th of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC):

Enterprises and institutions that engage in special operations by using personnel without special operation certificates, resulting in heavy casualties or other serious consequences, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention; If the circumstances are especially bad, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years.

3, engaged in a wide range

Have a low-voltage electrician certificate, and can be engaged in the installation, debugging, operation, maintenance, overhaul, transformation and test of low-voltage electrical equipment below 1kV.
