"Nutritionist qualification certificate" is the title of professional qualification or grade certificate in China. Generally, foreign certificates are not called that. It is called "registered dietitian certificate" abroad. Therefore, if you have to abbreviate, foreigners can't understand it. One way is to write the full name of the free translation first, and then abbreviate it.

Registered dietitians in the United States and Canada are referred to as RD.

Note: nutritionist and nutritionist are usually considered as two identical concepts. In fact, nutritionists can call themselves nutritionists, but nutritionists are not necessarily nutritionists.
