Age requirement

The age of special operators should be above 18 years old, not exceeding the national statutory retirement age.

Health status requirements

Special operations personnel need to have a physical examination in a community or medical institution at or above the county level to confirm that they are healthy and have no diseases or physical defects that hinder special operations.

Education level requirements

Special operators shall have a junior high school education or above, and special operators of hazardous chemicals shall also have a senior high school education or above.
