—— Training Experience of Xuchang Primary and Secondary School Teacher Trainer Project (Phase II)
On September 25th, 20021year, Xuchang Primary and Secondary School Teacher Trainer Project (Phase II) was held in Xuchang No.12 Middle School. I was fortunate to participate in this training.
This training is a new brainstorming, which makes me further on the road of career development and looks forward to meeting better myself!
On the morning of September 25th, the training expert was Xu Meizhan, who was the head of educational administration of Nanyang zhenping county Teachers' Training School, a famous teacher in Henan Province, the training target of famous teachers in Central Plains, and the guiding expert of the 2.0 project of Henan Information Technology Application Ability Improvement Project. She brought us the trainer's Elements of Design and Implementation of Training Courses.
Xu teacher said that when we are training, we often encounter such a problem: it sounds very exciting, and we are moved when we think about it. We are still at home ... Why? Is this a question of students' quality? With these questions, xu teacher showed us the maze one by one.
Xu teacher gave guidance to teachers' professional development, and expounded the design and implementation elements of primary and secondary school teachers' training courses from six aspects: problem diagnosis, demonstration teaching, research and training, achievement display, summary and promotion, and achievement transformation. The whole lecture was clear-headed and practical, and xu teacher's language was like flowing water, which made us satisfied.
In problem diagnosis, xu teacher repeatedly emphasized that "the problem is the theme" and told front-line teachers to make corresponding plans according to actual problems.
In demonstration teaching, what impressed me the most were the four routines mentioned by xu teacher: preparing standards, preparing learning situations, preparing teaching materials and preparing teaching designs. The above is xu teacher's personal practice, which can be used everywhere.
In the process of learning and grinding classes, xu teacher said that many people in a class are heterogeneous and called learning, while one person in a class is heterogeneous and called grinding.
In the research link, we focus on discussing lesson examples, making comparative reflection, highlighting experiential learning, and in the research link, highlighting classroom teaching problem solving.
On the way back from training, several teachers in our school were very excited. To discuss future classes, we can use xu teacher's "three-stage" grinding class: text construction, centralized directional grinding class; Classroom practice, school-based intensive research; Achievements are made, and individuals are deeply honed.
In the stage of achievement display, xu teacher introduced the achievement display of stage training that she led teachers, and extracted the "golden lesson" through lectures, classes and evaluations, which effectively led teachers' professional growth.
Summarize the promotion link, compare and evaluate the improvement of classroom teaching ability of participating teachers before and after training through the comparison between "original ecological curriculum" and "golden curriculum", create growth cases, and guide participating teachers to formulate the implementation plan for the transformation of training results.
Finally, in the aspect of achievement transformation, xu teacher instructed the participating teachers to apply the knowledge, skills, behaviors and attitudes gained in the training process to their work continuously and effectively after the training activities, so as to transfer the learning achievements and maximize the value of the training achievements.
On the afternoon of September 25th, Mr. Yang Meiling, Chief of Continuing Education Section of xinmi city Teachers' Training School, gave a special lecture on "Cultivating Training Art and Creating Charming Training".
What impressed me most about Teacher Yang's lecture was the warm-up activities that Teacher Yang led the students to do together during the lecture.
I remember when we were in class, it was difficult for students to concentrate all the time for a 45-minute class. Learning from Mr. Yang to set up special activities not only improves classroom efficiency, but also draws closer the relationship between teachers and students. Why not?
Teacher Yang trained us in four aspects: 1. The role and quality requirements of trainers, 2. Discuss the characteristics of charm training, 3. Teaching skills of charm training; 4. Organizational strategy of charm training.
Teacher Yang is a charming trainer. Her rich cultural background makes all the students listen with relish. Teacher Yang told us that only by developing every teacher can we achieve every child. This sentence inspired me deeply. I feel that only by constantly learning and tempering can we refresh our educational concept and do a good job in the sacred work of education.
This training is a rare growth opportunity for me. Thank Xuchang Education Bureau for providing this platform for our front-line teachers to learn and improve, so that we can learn from each other's strengths, improve together, and strive to grow into a more perfect self!
