2. Take kindergarten-based training as the starting point, and build a learning model with full participation. In today's society, lifelong learning has become a conscious need, and teachers should especially establish the concept of lifelong learning to cope with the educational pressure from all sides. Our garden will broaden the training channels for teachers' professional growth, with special personnel in charge and measures in place. We will assess the learning content every month to understand teachers' mastery of learning and improve teaching quality.
