4. 1.5A High-rise buildings, song and dance halls, karaoke halls (including restaurants with karaoke function), nightclubs, video halls, projection halls, saunas (except the bathing part), amusement halls (including electronic amusement halls), internet cafes and other places for song and dance entertainment (hereinafter referred to as places for song and dance entertainment) should be located on the first floor or the second and third floors; It should be set by the outer wall, not at the sides and ends of the bag-shaped walkway. The maximum capacity of video hall and projection hall is calculated by 1.0 person /m2, and other places are calculated by 0.5 person /m2, and the area is calculated by the building area of the hall. The partition wall with a fire resistance limit of not less than 2.00h and the floor of 1.00h are used to separate it from other places. When it is necessary to open the door on the wall, a fire door of not less than Grade B shall be set.

When it must be set on other floors, it shall meet the following requirements:

4. 1 .5a.1should not be set on the second floor or below. When set in the basement, the height difference between the basement and the outdoor entrance floor should not be greater than10m; ;

4. 1.5A.2 The building area of the hall shall not exceed 200m2；;

4. 1.5A.3 A hall and room should have at least two exits. When the building area of a hall or room is less than 50m2, an exit can be set;

4. 1.5A.4 Automatic fire alarm system and automatic sprinkler system shall be set up.

4. 1.5A.5 Smoke control facilities shall be set up, which shall comply with the relevant provisions of this specification.

4. 1.5A.6 On the ground or on the wall near the ground, the evacuation walkways and other main evacuation passages shall be provided with luminous evacuation indication signs.
