Before joining the company, it will conduct background checks, including credit checks. The purpose of this survey is to understand the personal credit history and background of employees and evaluate whether they are suitable for the corresponding positions. According to "People's Republic of China (PRC) Personal Information Protection Law" and other relevant laws and regulations, enterprises need to follow the principles of legality, fairness and necessity when collecting and using personal information, while protecting personal privacy and information security. Therefore, Hikvision needs to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees when conducting background checks, and shall not illegally collect and use employees' personal information.
