Company-level or factory-level training: Fire safety education for new employees before taking up their posts shall be organized by company consumers;
Workshop-level fire protection training: new employees are assigned to the workshop after passing the company-level or factory-level fire protection training, and the workshop firefighters organize fire safety education before they officially take up their posts;
On-the-job fire training: the team leader is responsible for organizing fire training for new employees who have passed the fire safety education in the workshop and passed the examination. Those who fail the exam shall not be formally employed.
Generally speaking, there should be training plan, training record, examination paper and examination form for the third-level training, which should be signed by the person in charge of the third-level training, and kept as the file of employee fire safety education and training for permanent preservation.
As on-the-job employees, all kinds of fire education are also carried out by the above-mentioned three-level trainers according to the training plan and actual needs, and are also included in the files, but generally only the training assessment form is filed.
Company-level fire protection is the fire protection content that is responsible for educating the employees of the whole factory as the company-level and fire protection scope;
Workshop-level fire protection is the fire protection content responsible for educating workshop employees, as the scope of workshop fire protection;
Team-level fire fighting is the training content responsible for educating employees, as the scope of team fire fighting.
