The Central Party School (National School of Administration) mainly trains provincial and ministerial-level leading cadres, bureau-level leading cadres, heads of enterprises in charge, party committee secretaries and principals, and heads of centrally managed universities and county committees.

Party schools (administrative colleges) in provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) mainly train bureau-level leading cadres, county-level leading cadres, leaders of enterprises and institutions and township (street) party committee secretaries.

City (prefecture, league) Party School (School of Administration) mainly trains leading cadres at county level, leaders of enterprises and institutions and leading cadres at township level.

Party schools (administrative schools) of county (city, district and banner) committees mainly train leading cadres at township level, leaders of enterprises and institutions, party secretaries of villages (communities) and grassroots party member.

Sixteenth party schools (administrative colleges) at all levels set up training courses for young and middle-aged cadres according to the cadre training plan.

The Central Party School (National School of Administration) mainly trains young and middle-aged cadres at the bureau level and some county levels. The educational system is generally not less than 4 months.

Party schools (administrative colleges) in provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) mainly train young and middle-aged cadres at the county level and some at the township level. The educational system is generally not less than 3 months.

City (prefecture, league) Party School (School of Administration) mainly trains young and middle-aged cadres at the township level. The educational system is generally not less than 2 months.

County (city, district, banner) Party School (School of Administration) mainly trains grassroots young and middle-aged cadres. The educational system is generally not less than 1 month.

Seventeenth according to the needs of the party committee and government work, held various seminars in the party school (school of administration). The academic system is generally not less than 5 days.
