Pricing model
According to the for-profit or non-profit registration, the policy of classified fees is implemented for private schools.
(1) Fees for academic education in non-profit private colleges and universities are set by the government, determined by the school according to factors such as the cost of running a school, the quality of running a school, social demand, etc., and reported to the provincial price department in conjunction with the provincial education department for approval, among which fees for Chinese-foreign cooperative education are reported to the provincial people's government for approval.
(II) The charging standard for academic education of ordinary primary and secondary schools in non-profit private chain stores shall be formulated by the government, and the school shall determine the standard of tuition and accommodation fees according to factors such as the cost of running a school, the quality of running a school, and social demand, and report it to the people's government of the city or county where it is located for approval.
(3) Secondary vocational and technical schools and other non-profit private schools charge academic education fees at market-adjusted prices, and the charging standards are determined by private schools independently and implemented after being publicized to students and the society.
