? —— Notes on the Training of Excellent Teachers in Baotou Primary School

In April, spring returns to the earth. Peach blossoms are blooming on the roadside, and apricot blossoms on the ground of Chilechuan are lighting up our lovely hometown with graceful gestures. The grass grows and everything revives. I was lucky enough to attend the first intensive study of Baotou excellent primary school teachers' training class, and I was able to enter Beijing Normal University, the top normal university in China that once carried my youth dream.

Arrived in Beijing on April 16. As soon as I got out of the station, I was particularly familiar with the unique flavor of this city. This smell is rooted in my heart and instantly awakens dusty memories. The life of studying hard here more than ten years ago is vivid in my mind. Now, I am so lucky to start my journey of knowledge and learning again. How can I not cherish it?

17 After the short opening ceremony in the morning, the intensive courses began. Two classes a day, full of dry goods. According to our characteristics, the President Training College of Beijing Normal University has set up courses from different angles, including the accurate interpretation of education policies by former senior officials of the Ministry of Education, lectures by presidents of well-known universities in Beijing to share their experiences in campus culture construction and curriculum construction, and special guidance on the cultivation of teaching and research ability. In addition, it also designed tutor pairing activities to guide teaching, research and topic selection in groups.

During the training from 17 to 28 and 12 days, we got the most cutting-edge information sharing and the most targeted research guidance. The lectures by experts and professors are simple and informative, and they really benefit a lot, just like an enlightenment. Careful inventory, too much emotion and emotion. To sum up, I want to use three key words to talk about my feelings:

First, "act according to your feelings"

It is 82-year-old Professor Wang who is moved. Although he is old, he is still full of vitality. He has no blackboard writing, no PPT and no handouts, but he can clearly talk about the educational principles and policies for three hours. The lecture covers three aspects: studying the 19th National Congress, implementing the whole church and strengthening the teaching reform of moral education. During the whole lecture, there was not a nonsense, and there was not a meaningless pause. Full of positive energy and full of pride, the requirements for teachers are also strong and clear. The three sentences in the lecture are thought-provoking: if I were a child; If it is my child; The first child I loved was not mine.

Touched by Mr. Lin Changshan's story about him and the little monster teacher, Mr. Lin of the primary school attached to Tsinghua introduced the school's cultural construction and curriculum "1+X", and vividly described how he transformed the other "little teacher". In fact, we will also meet such personalized children in teaching. They are always so conspicuous, so disobedient, so different and so disobedient in the crowd. Have we given them enough tolerance and respect? Teacher Lin's gentleness and tolerance, as well as the guidance of wisdom, really touched me and was worth learning.

Because I was moved, I acted like this, learning from Professor Wang's dedication and enthusiasm, and learning from Teacher Lin's wisdom in guiding children and integrating courses.

Second, "teaching by love"

Professor Su and Professor Yao Jihai, with their humorous language style, let us appreciate another style of everyone. Lectures are not empty and general sermons and theories, but use many cases to explain their views and share their research results with us who need them most. We have a new understanding of the growth and development of teachers. I also understand the psychological characteristics of students and the causes of psychological problems. It seems that some problems that were confusing before have also been explained a little.

? Among them, Professor Su said that teachers are a profession that needs respect and great love. Love for students should be not only natural emotional love, but also rational love. Reflecting on our education and teaching work, sometimes we are really helpless to some naughty children. We will be more critical of their rebellion and irregularity, and may even give such children a low evaluation in our hearts because of our own preferences. Out of professionalism, the teacher's low evaluation may not be expressed in words, and he will try to hide it in his heart, but children are the most sensitive, and they can easily capture information from other details, so as to analyze whether the teacher really likes him or her. Therefore, if we can't love this student from natural feelings, at least, we should give him (her) rational love and find the bright spot in the child, so as to enlarge it.

Teaching because of love means loving students first and then teaching; Learn because of love, be a teacher that students like, be knowledgeable, have a wide range of interests, bow your head, face the children's uneasy and suspicious eyes, and sail with them in the ocean of knowledge. Teaching and learning should be carried out in a very harmonious atmosphere, shouldn't they?

Third, "distinguish by thinking"

Beijing Normal University is the top educational institution in China, with a large number of elites. We are fortunate to know some cutting-edge educational trends. What I have heard most these days are "What kind of professional qualities should teachers have in the era of artificial intelligence", "The road to the development of future teachers", "If you don't change the teaching methods now, your children will not find jobs in 30 years" and "How to cultivate the core literacy of disciplines" ... President Li Xiaojun of Beijing Shijingshan Experimental Primary School shared a short video "This is a changing world" with us in her lecture, which was not very embarrassing. Keep pace with the times, keep pace with the times, so as not to be eliminated. If one day the robot teacher really walks into every campus, what should we do? What must be taught for the long-term development of children? What needs to be changed or abandoned? These are big propositions, but they are not far away. As a front-line teacher, if you can't change the direction and goal of decision makers, you can at least create more possibilities for students, at least open a small window for them and guide them to communicate effectively with the outside world. Keep every child in mind and every class in mind. These are the least we can do!

Another grounding speech was given by Ren Li, the vice principal of university of international business and economics Primary School. She shared the culture of this "primary school in university" with us, and their unique concept of "dialogue education" made me feel refreshed. Such schools, close to the central government affairs center and Beijing political center, can enjoy many top-end educational resources. Children who like this school are really happy! It's really sad to compare schools and children in remote areas like ours. Perhaps more worthy of our consideration is how to do our best to create better opportunities for children, let them participate in teaching activities, let them try and explore more, and let them see the world more.

Twelve days are fleeting. Although, it seems, I am still me, but these famous teachers have gently shaken my inherent model with their experiences, and the transformation is taking place quietly. The effect of fast charging is immediate, but if there is no review and reflection, perhaps the fast charging power will be lost soon. At this moment, it is already late at night, just like every night. The quieter and more awake I am, the more I think about it. The more I feel that I shoulder the heavy responsibility of teaching and educating people, I really need sincerity, love and persistence. There is only a short way to go. Try to take care of everything along the way and make them grow up happily, but there are still too many regrets. In fact, we don't have to give everything we have, as long as we love, teach with love, improve with thinking and treat with equality. Isn't it a bright future for our education?
