In China, the occupation of pet nutritionist is recognized and managed by China Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Society (CAC), which is a national professional academic organization. CAC will regularly organize relevant professional trainings and examinations to certify pet nutritionists who have obtained qualified certificates. Therefore, only a CAC-certified pet dietitian can be called a nationally recognized pet dietitian.
