In order to continue to implement the spirit of "Opinions on Strengthening Extracurricular Reading for Primary and Secondary School Students", this semester, we will continue to improve the reading infrastructure, set up book corners in classes, and carry out book drifting activities within and between classes of the same grade to enrich students' reading sources. The school library buys reading books for the whole class, arranges picture books to read PPT, and promotes the implementation of Chinese extracurricular reading course through activities such as reading the whole class, checking the class reading exchange meeting, and recommending good books. We also strengthen the implementation and management of reading activities in each class, requiring middle and senior students to read at least one book every month, carry out reading exchange activities at least once a month, and read at least once in the library for free. In the lower grades, picture book reading instruction class, classic reading class, whole book reading exchange class and free reading class are offered every month. The school also carried out irregular spot checks on the development of reading activities and achieved satisfactory results.
