Kong Fancun, male, Han nationality,/kloc-0, born in June 1955, is a professor and doctoral supervisor. He is currently the deputy secretary and vice president of the Party Committee of Shanghai Maritime University. 1982 graduated from the Department of Navigation of Dalian Maritime University, majoring in ship driving, and taught in the Department of Navigation of Shanghai Maritime University in the same year. 1990 graduated from Shanghai Maritime University with a master's degree in navigation technology. 1in September 1996, he served as the vice president of the Merchant Marine College of Shanghai Maritime University; 1September, 1999, Dean of Merchant Marine College of Shanghai Maritime University; In September 2004, he served as assistant to the president of Shanghai Maritime University; In July 2007, he served as deputy secretary and vice president of the Party Committee of Shanghai Maritime University.
