Kong Fancun, male, Han nationality,/kloc-0, born in June 1955, is a professor and doctoral supervisor. He is currently the deputy secretary and vice president of the Party Committee of Shanghai Maritime University. 1982 graduated from the Department of Navigation of Dalian Maritime University, majoring in ship driving, and taught in the Department of Navigation of Shanghai Maritime University in the same year. 1990 graduated from Shanghai Maritime University with a master's degree in navigation technology. 1in September 1996, he served as the vice president of the Merchant Marine College of Shanghai Maritime University; 1September, 1999, Dean of Merchant Marine College of Shanghai Maritime University; In September 2004, he served as assistant to the president of Shanghai Maritime University; In July 2007, he served as deputy secretary and vice president of the Party Committee of Shanghai Maritime University. He has taught courses such as the basics of radio technology, navigation instruments and navigation electronic technology. The scientific research projects he presided over and participated in mainly include: simulation system of ship collision process based on navigation record data, research on automatic ship identification technology (AIS), research on legislation of navigation education in China, research on development of navigation education in China, research on three-dimensional search and rescue system in sea and air, etc. The design of ship collision simulation system based on VDR playback data, fiber optic gyro compass and its application at sea are published papers. He has been engaged in higher maritime education and scientific research for a long time, and was rated as an outstanding educator in Shanghai, and won the first prize of Shanghai teaching achievement, the second prize of national teaching achievement, and the "Wu Fu-Zhenhua Excellent Teacher Award for Transportation Education" and other awards.
