Zach boiler electrical automatic control principle is divided into two types. There are two main ways to realize boiler automatic control, one is analog control, and the other is intelligent control. The two are introduced as follows:

1, analog control is relatively simple and practical. Generally, PLC system is selected. The PLC control system is a programmable logic controller imported from the United States. On the basis of switching value processing, PLC adds analog processing and motion control functions.

2, intelligent control generally choose DCS system, the control principle is roughly the same as that of PLC, but more data are collected.
