Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 In order to better implement the requirements of the Ministry of Education to manage enrollment according to law, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, and ensure the smooth implementation of school enrollment, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Education Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education, and in combination with the actual situation of our school.

Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the enrollment of full-time undergraduate and preparatory courses in our school in 2020. The undergraduate course of the school is divided into "ordinary undergraduate course" and "ordinary undergraduate course of higher vocational education" (hereinafter referred to as "higher vocational undergraduate course"), both of which belong to the undergraduate level and are full-time training. Students who meet the relevant regulations upon graduation will be awarded a diploma and a degree certificate from Southwest Forestry University.

Article 3 School name: Southwest Forestry University; School code: 10677 (national standard); Nature of the school: state-owned, public and provincial full-time ordinary colleges and universities; School-running level: doctor, postgraduate education, undergraduate (including higher vocational undergraduate). The school implements a flexible academic system, with an undergraduate academic system of 3 to 7 years and a benchmark academic system of 4 years.

Article 5 The enrollment of schools shall follow the principles of fair competition, fair selection and open procedures, and implement the enrollment policies formulated by the Ministry of Education and the enrollment departments of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the relevant provisions promulgated by the articles of association. Based on the results of the national college entrance examination, according to the principles of comprehensive measurement, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission, outstanding students suitable for the characteristics of talent training in our school are selected and admitted. In the process of admission, I consciously accept the supervision of the provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities) admissions authorities, discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates and all walks of life.

Chapter II Organizational Structure

Article 6 The school shall set up a leading group for enrollment with the principal as the leader and the vice president in charge and the secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission as the deputy heads, to determine the overall thinking and objectives of enrollment, review enrollment policies, plans and admission principles, discuss and decide on major issues in enrollment, and guide enrollment.

Article 7 The school enrollment leading group consists of an enrollment working group headed by the leaders in charge of the school. According to the authorization of the enrollment leading group, it is responsible for formulating the enrollment charter, compiling the enrollment plan, determining the selection and testing scheme, determining the admission criteria, reviewing the enrollment results and other specific enrollment matters.

Article 8 The Admissions Office of Southwest Forestry University (hereinafter referred to as the Admissions Office) is the permanent institution of the school to organize and implement undergraduate and preparatory enrollment, and is specifically responsible for the daily enrollment of the school.

Article 9 The school shall set up a discipline inspection and supervision team headed by the secretary of the school discipline inspection commission to supervise the enrollment work.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 10 According to the relevant work requirements of the Ministry of Education and the Yunnan Provincial Department of Education, combined with the actual situation of the school's talent training objectives and school conditions, the school comprehensively considers factors such as the number of candidates in various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), the quality of students, the employment situation of graduates of various majors, etc., and determines provincial and professional plans, which will be announced to the public after being reported to the Ministry of Education by the provincial admissions department for approval.

Article 11 In 2020, the school will recruit students from 3/kloc-0 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) nationwide. Minority undergraduate preparatory courses only recruit minority candidates from Yunnan Province and Xinjiang. The specific enrollment plans of all provinces and majors shall be based on the information published by the competent departments of enrollment of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

Article 12 Undergraduate reservation plan and principle of use: the undergraduate reservation plan shall not exceed1%of the total plan; When the reserved plan is used, it will be admitted from high score to low score according to the situation of local students. Priority will be given to the provinces with better unpopular majors. Candidates with the same volunteer files will be equally divided, and the actual filing line is higher than the local minimum control line.

Chapter IV Access Rules

Thirteenth school undergraduate and preparatory enrollment to take long-distance online admission. The enrollment work follows the enrollment system of "the school is responsible and the admissions office (provincial) supervises" stipulated by the Ministry of Education. Under the unified leadership of the Ministry of Education, the competent departments of enrollment in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) are responsible for organizing the implementation.

Article 14 Our school strictly implements the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and recognizes the bonus policies formulated by various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in principle, and the bonus points will be included in the total score.

Fifteenth according to the requirements of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) to determine the proportion of adjustment, and according to the candidates' application to determine the proportion of adjustment.

Article 16 Jiangsu Province enrolls students according to the principle of "scores first (i.e., filing scores) and grades later", while Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the admission rule of "queuing up according to professional volunteers in the enrollment plan 1: 1". The provisions and admission principles of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) that implement the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the reformed provinces and the discipline requirements and admission rules formulated by our school.

Seventeenth admission examination standards in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of education, the Ministry of health, the China Disabled Persons' Federation revised and promulgated the "Guiding Opinions on Admission Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities". Enrollment majors that are not listed in the professional catalogue shall be implemented with reference to similar professional standards.

Eighteenth art and sports candidates' cultural achievements meet the requirements of the province. During the admission period, after being electronically reported by the same reporting unit at the provincial level, the students will be selected according to their professional achievements.

Article 19 our school implements the principle of giving priority to scores, and arranges majors in turn according to the candidates' scores and the order in which they enter the exam. There is no grade difference between professional volunteers. In the same batch of volunteers, they are admitted according to the principle of giving priority to candidates' grades and scores; When the scores are the same, they will be admitted according to the principle of professional voluntary priority; In the case of the same score as the professional volunteer, the candidates' professional application, physical condition and other factors will be considered comprehensively for admission. Candidates who have not reached their professional aspirations but are subject to professional adjustment will be transferred to similar majors or majors with insufficient students while fully respecting their professional aspirations; Transfer admission is limited to the same type of major (that is, there is no transfer admission between the general charging major and the Chinese-foreign cooperative education major); Candidates who fail to achieve their professional aspirations and do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.

Twentieth English majors only recruit English language candidates, French majors only recruit English and French language candidates, and candidates from other majors are not limited to foreign languages. In addition to the Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools, freshmen mainly teach foreign languages in English after entering the school. In principle, the written English test scores of candidates who apply for English are not less than 90 points (the provinces whose foreign language scores are not more than 150 points are converted in proportion), and they have passed the examination according to the relevant regulations of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where the students are located. Under the same conditions, priority will be given to those with high scores in written and spoken English.

Chapter V Fees and Scholarship Measures

Article 21 With the approval of the price management department of Yunnan Province, freshmen in our school pay fees according to the charging standard approved by the Yunnan Provincial Price Bureau, and freshmen in our school charge fees according to credits. Fees are charged in advance according to the academic year fee standard when entering school, and settled according to the actual credits of students when graduating. According to the pre-charge standard of the academic year, the enrollment plan of each provincial admissions office shall prevail. The charging standards for the preparatory students of ethnic minorities admitted by our school in Xinjiang Autonomous Region in the preparatory stage shall be implemented according to the standards stipulated by the location of the preparatory training school.

Article 22 Scholarships and grants

The school now has various scholarships at all levels at the national, provincial and university levels, and the annual reward amount for each student is 8,000 yuan, 6,000 yuan and 2,000 yuan. Some enterprises and individuals have set up individual scholarships with different awards in our school.

After freshmen enter school, the school actively helps students with loan needs to apply for student-origin credit loan.

The school has set up a work-study program fund to arrange for students with financial difficulties to participate in work-study programs in their spare time and holidays, and get corresponding remuneration to solve these students' study and life difficulties.

Candidates who meet the relevant policy conditions can apply for tuition fee remission. Schools set up special funds to support students with financial difficulties every year, and the funding standards are implemented according to the relevant policies of the state and schools in that year; Some enterprises and individuals set up scholarships in our school to help students with financial difficulties and excellent academic performance.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Twenty-third meet the conditions for graduation, awarded the diploma of Southwest Forestry University, meet the conditions for degree granting, awarded the bachelor's degree certificate in accordance with the "Regulations on Academic Degrees in People's Republic of China (PRC)".

Twenty-fourth freshmen after admission, in strict accordance with the national enrollment policy, student status management regulations and the relevant management measures of Southwest Forestry University Student Handbook, the freshmen's admission qualifications will be reviewed, and those who fail will be disqualified, dropped out and retained.

Article 25 In case of any conflict between the Articles of Association and the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels, the national laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies at higher levels shall prevail. If false or misleading information is published, the school is willing to bear the relevant responsibilities.

Article 26 These Articles of Association are applicable to the full-time undergraduate and preparatory enrollment of Southwest Forestry University this year. Matters not covered in these Measures shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education and the competent departments of admissions of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).

Article 27 The Articles of Association shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation, and the Admissions Office of Southwest Forestry University shall be responsible for the interpretation.
